Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of legal services by Wolster & Co. (“Company”) to you, the client. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The scope of services to be provided by the Company shall be outlined in the estimate / invoice / agreement provided to the client. The client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the quotation in addition to these Terms.

2. Liability Waiver

2.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

2.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the services.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All fees paid for services rendered or un-rendered by the Company, as specified in the estimate / invoice / agreement, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.2 The client acknowledges that the Company does not provide refunds for any reason, including unsatisfactory service, errors, or failure to recover losses.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 In no event shall the Company, its employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the client, regardless of the cause or form of action.

4.2 The client agrees that the Company shall not be held responsible for any failure to recover losses, whether financial, reputational, or otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of all client information and communications, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

5.2 The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the Company without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.

6.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in China.

7. Amendments

7.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
